Milan, 21 May 2013. During TUTTOFOOD fair, AIDEPI organized a training day on food labelling according to the Regulation on food information to consumer entitled “Regulation 1169/2011: how to build new labels and Focus on claims”. The event, which has seen an extraordinary participation of business experts (approximately 110), was opened and moderated by AIDEPI Director, Dr. Mario Piccialuti.
Milan, 20 May 2013. It took place during TUTTOFOOD fair, AIDEPI Workshop entitled “Agroindustrial Raw Materials: harvest forecast & 2013 market”, realized in cooperation with Areté (Research company specialized in economic study for the agroindustrial sector).
The workshop, opened up and moderated by the Head of AIDEPI Environment & Raw Materials Dept., Dr. Antonio Feola, focused on forecasting trend of harvests, based on the most recent supply data of key raw materials used by agroindustrial businesses.
